IS FFCRA STILL IN EFFECT FUNDAMENTALS EXPLAINED

My company was closed due to my point out’s COVID-19 quarantine purchase. I furloughed all my employees. The quarantine buy was lifted and I am returning workforce to operate. Can I prolong my previous staff’s furlough since he would need to take FFCRA leave to take care of his boy or girl if he is termed back to operate? (included 07/20/2020)
